What is Body-Energy.Coaching? Simply put, it is about integrating and balancing the three areas that our lives are built on - mind, body and emotions. The result is a so-called "flow", which provides us with continuous energy and gives us access to the hidden power of intuition.
That does not mean we just switch of our heads but instead we focus our thoughts to actively guide them into the right direction.
In order to physically integrate rational insights and make it accessible through everyday life, I combine classical coaching elements with energetic and physical exercises, e.g. tapping, conscious breathing, touch and body movements. By using all these tools we will enable profound changes. You can practice to embody your values and goals also towards the outside world. Because only what we consciously capture we can also steer.

  • MIND and THOUGHTS

    It is not about turning off the head, but meaningfully linking it in harmony with all the other elements of our work. He works much further than just creating our thoughts anyway.

  • FEELINGS and EMOTIONS

    Feelings arise from our true core and give us valuable guidance on what is good for us - which we often ignore. Emotions are externally or thought-triggered arousal states, moving energy (e-motion). They are often based on experiences in the past when we did or could not properly express our feelings. Get to know your world of feelings and emotions. Don’t get too occupied with them and use them wisely - they are valuable signs for your path through life.

body

  • SENSE and SENSATIONS

    The body is our link to the unconscious. It communicates with us constantly. But often, we just don't listen carefully enough. In our coaching sessions, we refine our senses and work with stimulus-response patterns stored in the body to bring on lasting change.

Focus on yourself

In a stressful professional life, we tend to lose ourselves and our focus gets blurred. Suddenly, our life does not add up any more. It is difficult to find our way back. Especially, when we are challenged on a daily basis by the world, sometimes even 24/7. There is little room left to calm down and find our focus while under pressure. In my coaching, I support you in developing a strategy to focus better and find out how you can implement that strategy specifically in challenging situations.
