What is
Tapping (EFT)?
Tapping is a technique from the energy psychology field, also often referred to as EFT, MET or PEP. It is about stimulating your body's energy channels by tapping on specific points on your body, similar to acupuncture, but in a self-determined and active way.
When we suppress our feelings to “function“ in unpleasant situations, inner blocks develop. This way, we store the connection of an experience - or a belief - with the corresponding vegetative reaction in our system. We often experience that as:
When we suppress our feelings to “function“ in unpleasant situations, inner blocks develop. This way, we store the connection of an experience - or a belief - with the corresponding vegetative reaction in our system. We often experience that as:
- Stress
- Unpleasant sensations
- General physical symptoms
The goal of tapping is to dissolve these blocks in the physical energy system. With the help of a soft tap on certain points on the body we add energy and bring back the flow. We feel more aware and are better with staying in the moment, where we are: The stimulus does not automatically evoke the usual reaction, but it is redirected by us.
However, it is important to understand that tapping is not about avoiding or "tapping away" negative emotions, or to create exclusively positive experiences. Negative feelings fulfill a purpose. What we are looking for is to detect unwanted emotions faster and passing them through our system, actively processing them to better manage the original situation and the entailing emotions.
This way, we can actively balance our system and draw strength from within.

It's personal
Let’s explore the tapping points and topics that will relax and strengthen your life and support you in regaining your balance.
Tapping
Quick Start Guide
Name Your topic
What are you struggling most with at the moment? Describe your "topic" as detailed as possible and assign the sensations while describing a value between 1 (= very mild) and 10 (= very intense).
tap
Speak out your topic in a short sentence over and over again. Loud. At the same time, tap the tapping points one after another with your favourite fingertip. Tap every point 3-7x, then breathe, turn inward. Has the intensity of your emotions changed?
Accept
You can rub at the beginning, during or at the end of tapping the heart point and to strengthen your self-acceptance. Say 3 times in a row: "Even though I [your topic], I fully love and accept myself." Feel the positive, loving energy that flows through your system and transform resistance in acceptance.
Tapping - keep in minD:
Keep tapping until you feel a clear relief. Be affectionate and mindful with yourself and listen to yourself carefully every step of your way. Sometimes things dissolve rather quickly and sometimes it takes longer to get to the bottom of a topic or the underlying beliefs. Be patient with yourself.

Ingenious and enriching
The mix of mindful hands-on bodywork and professional coaching is just awesome. Every session is an energetic fireworks where each cell then vibrates on a loving frequency. My energy centers are noticeably opened, congestion harmonized and I am in the flow with myself. Through our sessions, I have learned to center myself again and again in everyday life and to keep a positive focus. In the meantime I am able to resolve difficult situations by breathing and tapping for myself. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful and enriching work!
